Terms of Service

1. Object

These Terms of Service govern the contractual relationship between IPTV France Services (SAS), hereinafter referred to as "the Seller", and any person subscribing to an IPTV subscription, hereinafter referred to as "the Client".

2. Service

The Seller provides IPTV subscriptions giving access to a catalog of TV channels via Internet: +33,000 HD/4K channels, +149,000 movies & series VOD, electronic TV guide (EPG), replay and catch-up 7 days, compatible with Smart TV, FireStick, Android, iOS, macOS and Windows.

3. Subscriptions and Pricing

• 1 Screen: €69.99/year (instead of €74.99) — 1 simultaneous connection
• 2 Screens: €89.99/year (instead of €109.99) — 2 simultaneous connections
• 3 Screens: €129.99/year (instead of €159.99) — 3 simultaneous connections

Prices are in euros (€) including all taxes (VAT). The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices while guaranteeing the price applicable at the time of subscription.

4. Order and Subscription

Subscription is available via the website https://abonnementiptv-francee.fr, WhatsApp at +19295600581, and Telegram. Your login credentials are sent by email within 60 seconds after activation.

5. Payment

Payment is made online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via a secure payment platform. Transactions are encrypted with 256-bit SSL and PCI-DSS compliant.

6. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

The Client benefits from a 7-day period from activation to test the service. If not satisfied, a full refund can be requested within 7 days. Refund is processed within 48 to 72 business hours.

7. Client Obligations

• Use the service for strictly personal and non-commercial use
• Do not resell, redistribute or share login credentials
• Do not attempt to bypass security measures
• Comply with applicable laws, particularly regarding copyright

8. Termination

The subscription is for one year without automatic renewal. The Client may terminate at any time. No refund is issued after the 7-day guarantee period, except as required by law.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms of Service are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the competent courts are those of the Paris Court of Appeal.
